Terms and Conditions for transactions with T&T Wedding Decoration:
Thank you for your patronage in T&T Wedding Decoration. Please read the following Terms and Conditions of transactions in our company carefully.
1. General
We reserve the right to amend and interpret these terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading the terms and conditions. When you place an order with us or make payment, you will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
2. Quotation and Prices
2.1. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all quotes are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of the quotation. If acceptance is received after this period has lapsed, the job may be required to be requoted.
2.2. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all quotations are based on the assumptions that unrestricted access to required work areas will be arranged by the customer on the project day;
2.3. The Customer must communicate acceptance of the quotation before Works will be scheduled.
2.4. All prices, where appropriate, are inclusive of any sales taxes (if any), unless otherwise stated.
3. General Payment Arrangements
3.1 Payment Methods:
- Bank in
- FPS
- Credit Card (Visa, Master… pay at website)
- Cheque
3.2 Payment Schedule:
- Initial Deposit: To confirm the booking and reserve the schedule, a design fee of $3000 is required.
- Second Deposit: Two months before the event, the design and package will be confirmed. At this stage, the total deposit payment equal to half of the total payment is required.
- Final Payment: On the event day, once the setup is completed to your satisfaction, the remaining payment is due. We accept CASH ONLY for the final payment on the event day.
4. Rescheduling/Cancellation
4.1 Wedding/Event Rescheduling:
- If the wedding/event is rescheduled 4 weeks or more before the original wedding/event date, no rescheduling fee will be charged, but the service fee for the new wedding/event date may be changed.
- If the wedding/event is rescheduled 4 weeks or more before the original wedding/event date, if the service cannot be rescheduled to a new date and time, the deposit paid will not be refunded.
- If the wedding/event is rescheduled within 4 weeks before the original wedding/event date, if the service can be rescheduled to a new date and time, the service charges for the new wedding/event date may be changed, and an additional 10% administrative fee will be charged for reprinting of props.
- If the wedding/event is rescheduled within 4 weeks before the original wedding/event date, if the service cannot be rescheduled to a new date and time, the deposit paid will not be returned, and the full payment of the order may be required.
- All rescheduling must be notified in writing.
4.2 Wedding/Event Cancellation:
- If the wedding/event cancellation is notified 4 weeks or more before the wedding/event date, the relevant deposit will not be refunded.
- If the cancellation of the wedding/event is notified within 4 weeks before the wedding/event date, the deposit paid will not be refunded, and the full payment of the order may be required.
- All cancellations must be notified in writing.
5. Bad Weather or Extreme Conditions
5.1 The order would be canceled automatically and could be rescheduled if a tropical cyclone signal No.8 or above is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory 2 hours before the scheduled decoration set-up time.
5.2 The scheduled decoration set-up and complete time may be delayed if the Hong Kong Observatory issues a black rainstorm signal at 2 hours before the set-up time.
5.3 If the event is canceled due to bad weather or other extreme conditions, no refund will be made for your deposit paid.
5.4 If the event is rescheduled to the next 12 months due to bad weather or other extreme conditions, no penalty would be imposed, but charges may be incurred for the decoration props’ re-printing costs.
6. Design and Setup
6.1 Backdrop Materials: The main materials used in the backdrop design are foam board, fabric, and silk flowers. Please note that the colors and styles depicted on our website may slightly differ from the actual materials due to lighting, display variations, or changes in supply from the factory.
6.2 Rental Items: Unless specifically listed in the package, the rental of backdrop panels, stages, carpets, tables, easel stands, and chairs is not included in our services. Additional charges may apply if you require these items for your wedding setup.
6.3 Customization Requests: If you have specific design or customization requests beyond what is included in the package, please inform us in advance. Additional fees may apply for custom designs or special materials not covered by the standard package.
6.4 Setup and Removal Time: Our team will arrive at the venue to set up the decorations at the agreed-upon time. Any requests for setup before 8:00 am or removal after 23:30 will incur an additional charge of$500.
6.5 Remote Districts: For venues located in remote districts such as Clear Water Bay, Shek O/Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Stanley, Lantau Island, and Tung Chung, an additional charge of $500 will be applied to cover transportation costs and logistics.
6.6 Decorative Props and Accessories: Any decorative props or accessories not explicitly mentioned in the package will be subject to additional charges. These may include but are not limited to signage, floral arrangements, table centerpieces, and lighting installations.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timeframe.
7.2 We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising out of any breach of contract or negligence.
7.3 Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of products to you will be limited to the price paid by you for the products.
7.4 Unless otherwise specified, all decoration items are for rental purposes, and customers are required to return the decoration items to us after the completion of the decoration project. Customers (including guests) are not allowed to consider the decoration items as their own property. Any discovery of violations of this provision will be treated as theft, and we reserve all rights to pursue legal actions.
8. Privacy Policy
We will only use the personal information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

3.1 付款方式:

3.2 付款時間表:
- 首次訂金:為確認預訂並保留時間表,需要支付港幣$3000的設計費。
- 中期訂金:婚禮前兩個月,將確認設計和套餐。在此階段,需要支付等於總價一半的訂金。
- 尾款支付:在活動當天,一旦佈置完成並核對,請以現金付清剩餘款項以確認佈置服務收妥。
4. 更改服務日期/取消
4.1 婚禮/活動更改服務日期:
- 如果婚禮/活動在原定日期的4周或更早時間更改服務日期,不收取改期費,但新婚禮/活動日期的服務費可能會有所變動。
- 如果婚禮/活動在原定日期的4周或更早時間更改服務日期,如果無法安排到新的日期和時間,預付款將不予退還。
- 如果婚禮/活動在原定日期的4周內更改服務日期,如果可以安排到新的日期和時間,有關日期的服務費可能會有所變動,並額外收取10%的行政費用用於重新印刷道具。
- 如果婚禮/活動在原定日期的4周內更改服務日期,如果無法安排到新的日期和時間,預付款將不予退還,並可能需要支付訂單的全部費用。
- 所有更改服務日期,必須以書面形式通知。
4.2 婚禮/活動取消:
- 如果婚禮/活動在婚禮/活動日期的4周或更早時間取消,相關預付款將不予退還。
- 如果婚禮/活動在婚禮/活動日期的4周內取消,預付款將不予退還,並可能需要支付訂單的全部費用。
- 所有取消必須以書面形式通知。
- 惡劣天氣或極端狀況
5.1 若香港天文台於預定佈置時間前2小時發出8號或以上的熱帶氣旋警告信號,訂單將自動取消並可重新安排日期。
5.2 若香港天文台於預定佈置時間前2小時發出黑色暴雨警告信號,佈置時間可能會延遲。
5.3 若因惡劣天氣或其他極端狀況導致活動取消,已支付的訂金將不予退還。
5.4 若因惡劣天氣或其他極端狀況導致活動重新安排至未來12個月內,不會收取罰款,但佈置道具重新印刷的費用可能會產生額外費用。
- 設計和佈置
6.1 背景材料:背景設計主要使用泡沫板、布料和假絲花。請注意,我們網站上展示的顏色和風格可能因燈光、顯示器差異或工廠供應變化而與實際材料略有不同。
6.2 租用物品:除非在套餐中特別列出,否則我們的服務不包括背景板、舞台、地毯、桌子、黑板架和椅子的租用。如果您需要這些物品進行婚禮佈置,可能需要額外收費。
6.3 客製化需求:如果您對套餐範圍以外的特定設計或客製化需求,請提前告知我們。客製化設計或特殊材料可能需要額外費用。
6.4 安裝和拆除時間:我們的團隊將按照協議的時間到達場地進行佈置。如需在早上8:00之前安裝或晚上23:30之後拆除,將額外收取500港元費用。
6.5 偏遠地區:對於位於偏遠地區(如清水灣、石澳/淺水灣、深水灣、赤柱、大嶼山和東涌)的場地,將收取額外500港元的運輸費和物流費用。
6.6 裝飾道具和配件:套餐中未明確提到的任何裝飾道具或配件將收取額外費用。這可能包括標誌牌、花卉擺設、桌面中心裝飾和燈光設置等。
- 責任限制
7.1 對於任何延遲或未能按預計時間交付產品所導致的任何損失或損害,我們不承擔責任。
7.2 對於任何合同違約或疏忽所引起的間接、特殊或附帶損失,我們不承擔責任。
7.3 對於因供應產品給您而引起的任何索賠,我們的責任將限於您支付的產品價格。
7.4 除非另有說明,所有裝飾物品均為租用性質,客戶在相關佈置項目完成後應將裝飾物品歸還給我們。客戶(包括賓客)不得將裝飾物品視為自己的財產。任何發現違反此規定的行為,將被視為偷竊,我們保留一切追究權利。

我們將根據我們的隱私政策僅使用您向我們提供的個人信息。
- 管轄法律和司法管轄權
這些條款和條件將受香港法律管轄並按照其解釋。任何因這些條款和條件引起的爭議應受香港法院的專屬管轄。
