Step 2.
Place the order

Once availability is confirmed, we kindly request that you place an order to secure your booking. We assure you that we will provide you with all the necessary instructions and details regarding the initial deposit required. To proceed with the booking, an initial deposit of $3000 design fee is kindly requested. Please note that this design fee payment will be included in the package once the decoration package is confirmed, as the package already covers the design service.

Step 3.
Provide Wedding Details and Proposal and Discussion

Share the specific details of your wedding with us. This information will help us tailor our decoration service to meet your unique needs. We will also arrange a site inspection with you to further understand your venue and gather more ideas on the wedding decoration theme. Based on your preferences and the site inspection, we will propose decoration ideas that align with your vision. We will discuss these ideas with you, ensuring that we capture your vision and preferences accurately.

Step 4.
Confirmation of Design
確認設計, 準備物資
(2 Months before the wedding 婚禮前兩個月)
Once the decoration ideas are finalized, we will provide you with a detailed decoration plan, showcasing specific arrangements and the final package price for your approval. To confirm the decoration plan, a second deposit payment is required, which should bring the total deposit payment to half of the total price. When the 2nd deposit well received, we will commence the design process and begin preparing the necessary props for the wedding decorations, ensuring that every detail reflects your chosen style and theme.
一旦佈置的主題確定下來，我們將為您提供一份詳細的佈置方案，展示具體的安排和最終套餐價格，並請您進行確認。此時，您需要支付第二筆按金，使總按金支付達到總價的一半，以確認佈置方案。收妥按金後，我們將開始設計並準備婚禮佈置所需的道具，確保每個細節都能體現出您想要的風格和主題。
Step 5.
Setup and Logistics

As the wedding day approaches, we will confirm the setup time and logistics arrangements with the wedding venue and collect the on-site contact point from you.

Our dedicated team will execute the decoration plan on the day of the wedding, ensuring a seamless and successful setup for your special day. We will carefully arrange and decorate the venue according to the approved design, taking care of every detail to create a beautiful and memorable atmosphere.
